Environmental concerns associated with electronics manufacturing include solder fume collection and the source capture of dust from light grinding. We offer several products designed for this sort of air quality concern. Our units are available as both bench mount options and portable units. Cabinet is 18-gauge painted steel and the airflow ranges from 250 to 350 CFM. Both types of units can be offered with 2 source capture arms and arms are constructed of chemical resistant polypropylene. Portable units can be fitted with a grille and bench top units can be fitted with acrylic hoods. The source capture arm is highly flexible and will hold the shape once positioned to the source of the fume or dust. The arm has a temperature rating of -40 Deg F to +180 Deg F. The unique design of the arm allows for the end to be flared to create a 4.5\" opening and it can also be reduced to as little as 2\" if applicable. These units can be fitted with a variety of filters and options include a 2-stage pre-filter, high-efficiency cartridge, 99.97% efficient HEPA and refillable carbon adsorption modules.
